You've probably seen pictures on TV of children just like you, in Ukraine, having to leave their homes to get away from the war that broke out in their country last week. Some of them are leaving the country altogether.
It can feel very upsetting to see other people's difficulties. Being sad and frightened is totally normal when these things happen. It's important to talk about it, and how we feel, to parents and to other adults who understand. It's also important not to spend a long time watching bad news. It's better to take a break, go out and play or do something else fun.
What we can also do is get busy doing something to help. Even if we're a long way away, and we can only do one little bit, we can all do something. By doing something we can make ourselves feel better. We can maybe make someone else feel better. And if lots of us do little things, that adds up to big stuff that can change the world!
That's what you can hear in this week's WoW! News app report about the Ukraine crisis. Come and meet Sylwia. She's just one person who wanted to send food and clothes and medicine to refugees from Ukraine. She asked her friends to help. And they spread the word. And, wow, they're now sending whole vanloads of aid to Ukraine! We've got more ideas for how you can help, in the app.
As Sylvia tells WoW! News: "By coming together, we can achieve incredible things!"
