A sport where you have to play fair

It's normal to want to win, but at the same time we know we should respect the rules and other people. Otherwise, whether we're playing a game or dealing with others in "real life", we'd all just be fighting the whole time.

We know, too, that people don't always manage to be nice to each other, and that sometimes it might be tempting to cheat a little if we can get away with it. If you watch sport, you'll see plenty of people getting angry, pushing each other or arguing with the referee. But there is a sport where the players are so keen to play fair with each other that there's not even a referee.

Hop over to the WoW! News app to see this week's report on the sport called Ultimate. It's played seven-a-side with a flying disc - you might also call it a frisbee. There have to be at least three boys and three girls on each team. And you can score extra points by being honest and respectful.

If there seems to be a foul - such as if someone bangs in to an opposing player - then the players must agree among themselves what has happened and make sure there's no bad feelings.

It's a good way to act in life off the field too!
