People leave their country to get away from wars and hunger. But even when they arrive in a safe country, they may not have a home and so be in danger – especially if they’re children on their own.
People can welcome refugees into their own homes, to keep them safe and help them until they find a place to stay. Families and refugees both say it can be fun and it helps us learn about each other.
